Lesson 82

Andreas is looking for today’s morning paper, but he cannot find it anywhere. Ellie offers him a woman’s magazine to read, but the new fashion in summer and winter dresses does not terribly interest him and he turns with relief to an evening paper he finds.

Lesson 3: Τι είναι αυτό;

In this lesson we will look at some nouns. By the end of the lesson we should be able to ask Τι είναι αυτό; (What is this?) or Τι είναι εκοίνο; (What is that?) and give answer for a few nouns. We should also start to recognise the definite articles for masculine, feminine and neuter nouns. Each group will learn a different group of nouns and then teach these to others by responding to the questions Τι είναι αυτό; or Τι είναι εκοίνο;.
